论高职后进生的成因及转化的方法

摘　　要：高职院校后进生转化是一项重要工作，必须加以重视。通过分析“后进生”产生的原因，提出了防治的基本措施：教师要理解、尊重、宽容，善待后进生；要提高课堂教学的艺术水平；学校教育要与家庭教育相结合；师生关系要和谐；要有科学的学习方法等。Great importance must be attached to transforming backward students in higher vocational college. This paper analyses the causes leading to backward students and presents that following measures should be taken to prevent it： teachers should understand, respect, show tolerance towards those poor students and be kind to them; the relationship between teachers and students should be harmonious; teachers should raise their artistic level of teaching; learning methods should be scientific; school educational should be combined with family education.
