摘  要:采用高压泵-溢流阀方式来实现对共轨压力的控制,所研究的高压泵的柱塞腔满行程供油,高压油进入共轨腔,电磁溢流阀根据实际压力与设定压力的差值决定其启闭状态,以维持共轨压力的稳定。考虑到模糊PID控制在线整定PID参数的优越性,在模糊PID控制策略的基础上进行编程,对电磁溢流阀进行控制。试验结果表明:模糊PID控制策略适用于轨腔压力控制,溢流阀控制能使压力稳定在设定压力附近,压力波动幅度在6 MPa以内,主要波动比例在5%以内。The high pressure pump spilling valve method was used to control the pressure of common rail.The high pressure pump supplied fuel with the whole stroke.High pressure fuel was sent into the common rail.According to the D-value of the actual pressure and the set pressure,the electromagnetic spill valve has itself in an open or close state,so as to maintain the rail pressure stabilization.This paper discussed PID and fuzzy PID control method.Considering fuzzy PID has its advan-tages in achieving the auto adaption for PID parameter,the fuzzy PID method can be used to write the program to control the electromagnetic spill valve.The experiment result shows that the fuzzy PID is fit for the rail pressure control.The spill valve can stabilize the pressure close to the set pressure.When pressure fluctuates within 6 MPa,the main fluctuation rate is within 5%.
