Jasper Jumper矫治器治疗恒牙期骨性Ⅱ类错的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Jasper Jumper矫治器治疗恒牙期骨性Ⅱ类错的临床疗效。方法对13例恒牙期骨性Ⅱ类错病人应用Jasper Jumper矫治器治疗。通过治疗前后的头影测量对比,分析其疗效。结果 13例病人戴用Jasper Jumper矫治器5～7个月后,下颌均明显前移,下颌后缩面型显著改善。SNB角增大了1.9°;前牙覆盖减小了4.6 mm,其中骨性变化占43.5%;牙性变化占56.5%;磨牙关系改善了4.4 mm,其中骨性占45.5%,牙性变化占54.5%。治疗后Olp-Pg、Ii-OLp、Mi-OLp、覆盖、磨牙关系及SNB角、ANB角与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 Jasper Jumper矫治器能有效的治疗骨性Ⅱ类错。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect for patients treated with Jasper Jumper appliance.Methods Thirteen patients in the early permanent dentition with skeletal classⅡ malocclusion were treated by Jasper Jumper appliance.The cephalometric anlysis were used to evaluate the effects.Results All the patients showed significant change in mandibular advancement by treated with Jasper Jumper within 5～7 months,the mandibular retrusion profile had obviously improved.SNB increased 1.9°.Overjet correction averaged 4.6 mm was due to 43.5% skeletal and 56.5% dental changes.Class Ⅱ molar correction averaged 4.4 mm was due to 45.5% skeletal and 54.5% dental changes.There were statistically significant changes in Olp-Pg,Ii-OLp,Mi-OLp,overjet,molar relationship,SNB and ANB（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jasper Jumper appliance is effective in the treatment of skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusions.
