重症肌无力治疗后CD_4^+CD_(25)^+Tr细胞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究重症肌无力患者胸腺切除术后应用免疫抑制剂的治疗效果。方法 A组:50例重症肌无力患者胸腺切除术后应用免疫抑制剂组;B组:50例重症肌无力患者未行胸腺切除直接应用免疫抑制剂组;用流式细胞仪计数外周血A、B组治疗前和治疗后6、12个月的CD4+CD2+5Tr细胞的百分率,应用许氏临床评分法对病情的严重程度和转归进行评定。结果 2组CD4+CD2+5Tr细胞百分率和的临床相对计分在治疗后6个月差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后12个月差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胸腺切除后12个月重症肌无力患者的CD4+CD2+5Tr细胞的百分率明显增高,肌无力症状稳定或缓解。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of immunodepressant after thymusectomy in patients with myasthenia gravis（MG）.Methods 50 patients with myasthenia gravis in group A were treated with immunodepressant after thymusectomy,however,the other 50 patients with myasthenia gravis were treated with immunodepressant without thymusectomy.The percentage of CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr cells were detected by flow cytometry before treatment and after 6-month and 12-month treatment,and the clinical severity and prognosis of MG were evaluated by Xu＇s clinical scoring system.Results There was no significant difference in CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr cells percentage after 6-month treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）,however,there was a significant difference in CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr cells percentage after 12-month treatment between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr cells percentage is obviously increased 12 months after thymusectomy in patients with MG,and the symptoms of MG are relieved.
