摘　　要：主要运用定量研究法,分析大学英语学习不成功者的影响因素。调查分析的结果验证了基于教学实践的假设:大学英语学习不成功的原因,主要是努力不够而不是方法不好,主要是自身内因而不是外因。The writer adopts a quantitative investigation in an attempt to classify major factors that lead to the failure of college English study.The results support the hypothesis based on the teaching practice that the failure mainly lies in insufficient efforts and certain internal factors,but not in methods and external causes.
