摘  要:使用二维冷态模型对预还原竖炉反应过程进行了可视化模拟实验,同时在二维柱坐标系下数值模拟 C O R E X 预还原竖炉反应过程 数学及物理的仿真结果得出:在预还原竖炉操作过程中径向上反应进行程度不同。The reaction process of shaft furnace was visualized through two dimensional cold model experiment.Moreover,a two dimensional mathematical model in cylindrical coordinate system was developed to simulate this process.Solution of mathematical and physical simulation indicates that during operation process of reduction shaft furnace,the degree of reaction in radiation is different and there is a distinct radial variation in the reduction degree of iron ore.
