摘　　要：目的:探讨胆囊部分切除术在临床中的应用。方法:分析2001年1月～2009年12月在本院行胆囊部分切除术的56例患者的临床资料。结果:未发生胆道损伤和大出血,所有患者恢复较好,无一例并发症发生。结论:在复杂的胆囊切除术中,部分切除术操作简单、手术时间短、术中出血少,是一种省时、安全有效的手术方法。Objective：To investigate the application of partial cholecystectomy in clinical. Methods：Analyzed the clinical datas of 56 patients who were treated with partial cholecystectomy in our hospital from Jan. 2001 to Dec. 2009. Results：There were no bile duct injury and hemorrhoea,all the patients were restored well,no one suffered from complication. Conclution：In complex cholecystectomy,partial cholecystectomy is simplicity of operation,short timing and little blood in operation,it is a time saving,safety and effective surgical technique.
