宫颈鳞癌组织中RhoC蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈鳞癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变及正常宫颈组织中RhoC蛋白的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测60例宫颈鳞癌、40例宫颈上皮内瘤变和52例正常宫颈组织中RhoC蛋白的表达情况。结果宫颈鳞癌组织中RhoC蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈及宫颈上皮内瘤变组织(P<0.05);其高表达与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与癌细胞的分化程度和患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论 RhoC蛋白的高表达可能在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展过程中起一定作用,可望作为判断宫颈鳞癌转移能力的客观指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of RhoC protein in squamous carcinoma of cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical epithelium.Methods The expressions of RhoC protein in the 60 cases of squamous carcinoma of cervix,the 40 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the 52 cases of normal cervical epithelium were detected with immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of RhoC protein expression in squamous carcinoma of cervix was significantly higher than those in normal cervical epithelium and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（P〈0.05）.For squamous carcinoma of cervix,the overexpression of RhoC protein was significantly correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,but not correlated with the differentiation and age（P0.05）.Conclusion The overexpression of RhoC protein maybe play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of squamous carcinoma of cervix.RhoC protein may become a objective target to evaluate the potential of lymph node metastasis of squamous carcinoma of cervix.
