参芪扶正注射液对CAF方案化疗后乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对CAF方案化疗后乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法 110例乳腺癌分为试验组(58例)和对照组(52例),试验组58例采用CAF方案化疗的同时辅以参芪扶正注射液治疗,对照组52例采用单纯化疗。比较两组患者的生活质量、毒副反应、外周血淋巴细胞绝对数值及单个核细胞杀伤活性在治疗前后的改变。结果治疗后试验组和对照组患者的生活质量提高率分别为34.5%和13.5%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组患者治疗后白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、淋巴细胞绝对数值以及外周血单个核细胞对不同乳腺癌细胞杀伤活性下降程度减轻。结论参芪扶正注射液联合CAF方案化疗治疗乳腺癌可以减轻化疗毒副反应,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,增强免疫功能。Objective To study the curative effects of shenqifuzheng injection on the immune function of patients with breast cancer treated with CAF regimen chemotherapy.Methods The 110 cases with breast cancer were divided into the trial group（58 cases） and the control group（52 cases）.In the trial group,58 cases were given shenqifuzheng injection combined with CAF regimen chemotherapy,52 cases were only given CAF regimen chemotherapy.The qualities of life,toxicities,absolute counts of peripheral blood lymphocytes and bioactivities of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the two groups were examined before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the quality of life increased by 34.5% in the trial group,and 13.5% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the decreasing degrees of the absolute counts of white cells,hemoglobins,blood platelets,lymphocytes;and the bioactivity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells were lighter in the trial group,after the treatment.Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection combined with CAF regimen chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with breast cancer can alleviate the toxicity of chemotherapy,and can improve the clinical symptoms,the quality of life and the immune function.
