HPLC-UV法测定益母草和酒炙益母草中丁香酸和芦丁的含量

摘　　要：运用HPLC-UV法,采用依利特Hypersil ODS（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,测定不同产地益母草（Leonurus heterophyllus）和酒炙益母草中芦丁和丁香酸含量.结果显示,芦丁和丁香酸进样量在0~10μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,河南栾川采收的益母草中芦丁和丁香酸含量最高;益母草经酒炙后,芦丁含量降低,丁香酸含量升高,证明了益母草酒炙后活血祛瘀、调经止痛作用增强的有效成分是丁香酸,而不是芦丁.Comparison of content of syringic acid and rutin in different producing areas and product wine-fried of Leonurus heterophyllus,HPLC method was set up,using Hypersil ODS（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） column with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 25 ℃.The wavelength of the detector was set at 254 nm.A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0~10 μg for rutin and syringic acid.The content of syringic acid and rutin of Leonurus heterophyllus from Luanchuan in Henan province is highest.By wine processing,the content of rutin is decreased and the content of syringic acid is increased in Leonurus heterophyllus.
