摘 要:为了探索葡萄果实糖积累与蔗糖代谢相关酶活性间的关系,测定了赤霞珠葡萄果实中葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖含量以及蔗糖代谢相关酶—可溶性酸性转化酶(SAI)、可溶性中性转化酶(SNI)、细胞壁结合的酸性转化酶(CBAI)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性。结果表明,赤霞珠葡萄果实糖分的积累以葡萄糖和果糖为主;果实发育过程中,调控糖分积累的关键酶是转化酶;葡萄糖、果糖的积累主要受到转化酶的调控,蔗糖的积累主要受到蔗糖合成酶的调控;糖分的积累由各种酶共同作用。In order to ascertain the relationship between accumulation of sugars and sucrose-metabolizing enzymes,the content of sucrose, glucose, fructose and the activities of sucrose-metabolizin enzymes (soluble acid invertase, soluble neutral invertase,cell wall-bound acid invertase, sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase) in the fruits of Cabemet Sauvignon grape were measured. The results showed that glucose and fructose were mainly accumulated in sugar accumulation of Cabernet Sauvignon grape fruits; the key enzyme which controled the grape sugar accumulation was invertase; the glucose and fructose accumulation in grape fruits were mainly mediated by invertase; the sucrose accumulation were mainly mediated by sucrose synthase ; and the accumulation of sugar was controled by a variety of enzymes together.
