摘　　要：在φ300横列式小型轧机上生产φ40螺纹钢筋属小轧机轧大材,文章通过分析现有工艺装备,优化工艺方案,改善成品咬入,使φ40螺蚊钢筋的试生产取得了成功,不仅配齐了该公司螺纹钢筋的产品规格,而且为大规格螺纹钢筋在横列式小型轧机上的生产开辟了一条途径。φ300 Traverse-arranged rolling mill is a smaller equipment in term of the production for Dia. 40mm steel bars. The paper describes the trial production of Dia. 40mm ribbed bars was successfully finished by means of analysis of current process & equipment, optimization of process, as well as improve-ment of biting-into condition so that the products specification of the company developed, the way to pro-duce bigger sized bars by smaller traverse-located mills was found out.
