企业网络中知识传导绩效的影响因素及其机理——TD-SCDMA产业联盟的案例研究

摘　　要：企业网络中知识及其传导是网络竞争优势的源泉。论文首先分析了企业网络中知识传导的特性,然后运用层次性和结构性的分析方式,提出广度、密度、速度和交互度四个方面的结构性影响因素,同时结合"四度"因素提出八个"结构因子",重点剖析"八大结构因子→四度结构因素→知识传导绩效"的内在机理及影响方向,论证"四度"因素与企业网络中的知识传导绩效正相关的关系;最后,以TD-SCDMA产业联盟为案例,印证相关结论,提高企业网络知识创新的绩效应设计和改善知识主体的广度、知识活动的密度和速度、知识传导主体与传导路径及活动的交互度等方面的机制。Knowledge transfer is the source of competitive advantage of firm network.The paper firstly analyzes the characters of knowledge transfer in the firm networks.Then it brings forward the four factors which are the extent,density,speed and interaction（EDSI） by terms of hierarchical and structural method and eight sub-factors.The influencing mechanisms among the EDSI,sub-factors and performance have been discussed detailedly.Finally,the paper studies the case of TD-SCDMA industrial alliance and proposes several advices.
