摘 要:应用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合分层抽样法对4种牛肝菌进行鉴别研究。分别测试了4种牛肝菌99个样品的FTIR光谱,结果表明其主要成分为蛋白质、多糖等物质。它们的光谱特征极其相似,难以从表观上直接对其鉴别,利用分层抽样法对它们原始光谱与一阶导数光谱进行相似度比较,给出的匹配结果表明,原始光谱的匹配结果反映了未知样品鉴别的正确率达到了98%,而一阶导数光谱匹配正确率达到了100%。因此,傅里叶变换红外光谱结合分层抽样可以快速、方便地对不同种野生蕈菌进行鉴别分类,为大型的蕈菌系统正确分类提供了一种潜在的方法。Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy coupled with stratified sampling method was used to identify four kinds of boletus.FTIR spectrums of 99 Boletus samples were tested.The results indicate that Boletus mainly contains proteins,polysaccharides and other substances.The original characteristic infrared spectras of the mushrooms are very similar and it is difficult to identify them superficially.Comparing their original spectrum and first derivative spectra using stratified sampling method,results show that the original spectrum matching reaches an accuracy of 98%.First derivative spectral matching accuracy was 100%.The study demonstrates that wild mushrooms can be identified at species level by FTIR spectra combined with stratified sampling.It offers a potential method for the correct classification on fungi system.
