奎硫平与利培酮治疗女性难治性精神分裂症对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨奎硫平与利培酮治疗女性难治性精神分裂症患者的疗效与不良反应。方法:对120例女性难治性精神分裂症随机分成奎硫平组和利培酮组,疗程为8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSSS)及不良反应量表(TESS)在治疗前、治疗4周后和治疗8周后评定疗效及不良反应。结果:两组在治疗4、8周后PANSS评分较治疗前显著下降,奎硫平组治疗有效率73.3%,利培酮组有效76.7%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),奎硫平组不良反应少,无溢乳、月经紊乱。结论:奎硫平和利培酮对女性难治性精神分裂症患者是安全有效的,两者的疗效基本相当,奎硫平不良反应较轻,无溢乳、月经紊乱,对女性难治性精神分裂症患者的依从性好,是女性难治性精神分裂症的治疗和维持治疗的首选药物。Objective：To explore the efficacy and adverse reaction of Quetiapine and Risperidone treating the women in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia.Methods：120 cases of the women in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia were randomly assigned to Quetiapine group and Risperidone group respectively for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） and the adverse reaction by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（TESS） before and after treatment in 4、8 weeks.Results： The clinical excellent efficacy reached 73.3% by Quetiapine group and 76.7% by Risperidone group after being treated.The Scores of PANSS were significantly lower after 4、8 weeks treatment than before treatment in the Quetiapine group and Risperidone group（P0.01）.There were no significant difference between Integrative Quetiapine group and Risperidone group in the scores of PANSS（P0.05）.There were side effects less、no galactrorrhea and menstrual disorder of the Quetiapine group.Conclusions： Both Quetiapine and Risperidone were safety and effective the women in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia,and the efficacy is equivalent to two groups.While there were side effects less、no galactrorrhea and menstrual disorder of the Quetiapine,It has a good insisting on taking the medicine to the women in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia,It is used as priority medicine in the treatment and maintenance therapy of the women in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia.
