构建电子农业信息服务体系 推进浙中地区农业产业化发展

摘　　要："十一·五"期间浙中地区农业信息化建设取得了重要进展,但仍然存在着观念滞后、网站"空网"严重以及重信息少商务、交易信息对称性差、技术人才缺乏等问题,当务之急是加速农业信息化建设,融合区域资源构建一个浙中地区的电子农业信息服务体系:政府和企业携手创建电子农务信息服务物理平台,实行多方合作共赢的市场运作模式,组建农业信息服务专业合作社,大力推广农产品电子商务,以此推动浙中农业产业化进程。Though agricultural information construction has made great progress during 11th five-year plan,there exists many problems like lagging views,little contents in website,more simple information and less e-business information,poor symmetry of trade information and lacking of technical talents.Therefore,the priority is to accelerate the construction of agriculture information and build a electronic agricultural information service system by integrate regional resource,namely both the government and enterprises jointly create a physical service platform of electronic agriculture business to achieve the multilateral win-win mode of market operation.Furthermore,agricultural information service professional cooperatives should be established and agricultural production e-commerce should be vigorously developed,so as to promote the process of agriculture industrialization in mid-Zhejiang.
