非医学专业大学生对艾滋病/性病的认知程度、性态度及性行为的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解武汉地区非医学专业大学生对艾滋病(AIDS)、性传播性疾病(STD)相关知识的认知程度、性态度、性行为的现况,为在大学生中开展预防AIDS/STD健康教育提供科学依据。方法在武汉地区某综合性高校中分层随机整群抽取1 143名大学生,采用匿名自填方式进行问卷调查。结果非医学专业大学生对AIDS/STD相关知识正确认知程度偏低,男生高于女生,差异有统计学意义。大学生对婚前性行为持赞同、理解、反对态度的构成比依次降低,但对商业性行为、多性伴、婚外性行为、一夜情的态度上,持赞同、理解、反对态度的构成比均为依次升高,男生性态度开放程度高于女生,差异有统计学意义。大学生中存在一定比例的拥抱、接吻、性爱抚、性交行为等性相关行为(与异性),发生性爱抚、性交行为的比例男女生无明显差异。结论高校在加强普及AIDS/STD相关知识的同时,还应加强性安全教育和行为干预。Objective To study knowledge,attitude and behavior about AIDS/STD among non-medical students in order to carry out health education about AIDS/STD. Methods 1 143 non-medical students were sampled by random cluster sampling in a comprehensive university in Wuhan and investigated by using questionnaire survey on anonymous basis. Results Non medical students had a low level of knowledge about AIDS/STD,and the level of knowledge about AIDS/STD in males was higher than in females with the difference being statistically significant. The constituent ratio of different attitude（approbation, understanding, opposition）of premarital sexual-related behavior was decreased successively, but the constituent ratio of different attitude （approbation,understanding,opposition）of commercial sexual-related behavior was increased successively. Several sexual partners,extramarital sexual-related behavior and one-night stand were also the case. The degree of openness of sexual-related attitude of males was higher than of females with the difference being statistically significant. There was a certain percentage of sexual-related behavior（ with the opposite sex） among students, including kissing, hugging, sexual related caressing and sexual intercourse,and there was no significant difference in sexual-related caressing and sexual intercourse between male and female students. Conclusion AIDS prevention in college needs not only to strengthen the popularization of knowledge about AIDS/ STD,but also to strengthen safe sex education and behavioral intervention.
