摘　　要：目的探讨MMP9和CD44V5在肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达与肺鳞状细胞癌术后是否复发的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测87例肺鳞状细胞癌组织中MMP9和CD44V5的表达。结果 87例肺鳞状细胞癌中MMP9和CD44V5表达的阳性标记与肺鳞状细胞癌分级、淋巴结转移有相关性。结论 MMP9和CD44V5联合表达与肺鳞状细胞癌浸润转移密切相关。检测MMP9和CD44V5表达可作为判断肺鳞状细胞癌预后的客观指标。Objective To discuss MMP9 and CD44V5 in the lung squama cells carcinoma hit of give voice to and the lung squama cells carcinoma warlock if recur of connection.Methods Appcications immunochemist of technique,the examine MMP9 and CD44V5 of give voice to the 87 cases lung squama cells carcinoma in tissue.Results The 87 cases lung squama cells carcinoma carry through MMP9 and CD44V5 the give voice to of masculine marker and the lung squama cells carcinoma classification、 the chorion soakege、the lymph gland to transfer have pertinence.Conclusion The unite MMP9 and CD44V5 of give voice to and thelung squama cells carcinoma of soakage as transfer keep an eye on.The examine MMP9 and CD44V5 of give voice to can by way of estimate prognosis of impersonalily the guide line in the lung squama cells carcmoma.
