摘　　要：近年来,随着国民教育的不断提高,地方部分中专和高职院校逐步晋升为高等专科学校。这类学校,办学层次提高,办学规模扩大,学校的定位发生了变化,师资队伍也随之转型。因此,在师资建设方面,无论是师资结构、师资整体素质,还是师资激励机制以及待遇等方面均需要提高和完善,以尽快适应新型学校的教育教学发展。In recent years,with the improvement of national education,some local Secondary Specialized Schools and High-level institutions have been promoted to colleges.In such colleges,due to the improvement of school level and expansion of scale,the positioning of colleges has also been changed and the teaching staff has transformed.Therefore,the construction,overall quality,incentive mechanism and salary of teaching staff and so on need to be improved in order to adapt to the teaching development of such colleges.
