从对人性的揭示来看小说《摸彩》的艺术风格

摘　　要：《摸彩》是美国文学史上的重要著作,被认为是短篇小说的经典,广泛用在美国的教材中。它在美国的家喻户晓与它颇有争议的主题思想以及独具特色的写作手法是分不开的。文章从主题和写作手法两方面对《摸彩》进行赏析,指出摸彩的主题涉及人性的暴力与残忍、人性的愚昧与无知、对传统与习俗的盲从、性别差异及阶级等级制度五个方面,并从五个方面概括了《摸彩》的写作风格:鲜明对比的场景设置、海明威式的叙述风格、无处不在的象征主义、大量使用的讽刺反语和哥特式风格的寓言。As an important works in American literature history, The Lottery has been regarded as a classic of short novels and has been widely adopted as a teaching material. Its controversial themes as well as its ways of writing contribute to its being known to all. This essay analyzed The Lottery from these two aspects： the theme and the ways of writing. Discussions about the theme mainly involve the following five aspects： human violence and cruelty, human victimization and ignorance, blind following of tradition and custom, sex role difference and hierarchy difference. It also summarizes the ways of writing from six aspects： sharp contrast setting, Hemingway’s style of narration, intensive symbolism, massive irony and satire as well as Gothic-style fable.
