非小细胞肺癌患者S100A4蛋白和MMP-9的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中S100A4蛋白和MMP-9表达及二者相关性。方法采用SP免疫组织化学检测S100A4蛋白和MMP-9在90例NSCLC组织和20例正常肺组织中的表达。结果90例NSCLC组织中S100A4蛋白和MMP-9阳性表达率高于正常肺组织中的表达(P<0.05)。并且S100A4蛋白和MMP-9阳性表达率均与NSCLC患者肿瘤分型,分期以及淋巴结是否转移相关(P<0.05)。S100A4蛋白与MMP-9表达在非小细胞肺癌中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论S100A4蛋白和MMP-9在NSCLC中高表达,S100A4蛋白可能部分通过正调节MMP-9促进NSCLC侵袭和进展,S100A4蛋白和MMP-9过表达预示NSCLC预后不良。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of S100A4 protein and MMP-9 in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and their correlation.Methods SP immunonhistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of S100A4 protein and MMP-9 in 90 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of normal pulmonary tissues.Results The positive rate of S100A4 protein and MMP-9 in non-small cell lung were respectively higher than those of normal pulmonary tissues（P0.05）.The expression of S100A4 protein and MMP-9 were significantly correlated with the tumor type,stage and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.There was a positive correlation between S100A4 protein expression and MMP-9 expression,with a Pearson correlation value of χ2=5.818.Conclusion Tissues from NSCLC showthe up-regulation of S100A4 and MMP-9 gene which enhances tumor progression.Over-expression of S100A4 protein and MMP-9 is significantly correlated with poor prognosis in patients with NSCLC.
