摘　　要：目的探讨和评价早期肠内营养对应激性溃疡的预防作用。方法将37例符合条件危重病患者随机分为两组即治疗组(24h内给予肠内营养加抑酸药物)和对照组(单纯给予抑酸药物)。入选患者每天观察大便性状、颜色和大便隐血,5d后行胃镜检查,内镜标准参照Okabe法改良,统计溃疡指数,计算溃疡发生率和溃疡抑制率。结果治疗组患者的溃疡发生率及溃疡指数均较对照组患者低(P值分别为<0.05和<0.01),而溃疡抑制率为68.28%。结论早期肠内营养可以有效预防应激性溃疡。Objective To study and assess the mechanism of the prophylactic effect of early enteral nutrition（EEN）on stress ulcer.Methods 37 critical patients were randomly divided into tow groups,therapeutics group acid suppression（AS）and early enteral nutrition（EEN）were given in 24 hours and acid suppression alone.The shape,color and occult blood test of the patients＇ stool were observed on a daily basis.Count ulcer index,calculated the incidence of ulcers and the inhibition of ulcers under the gastro scope examination 5 days later.Refering to OKeba methold.Results The ulcer incidence rate of the theropeutics group lower than the control group while it＇s inhibition is higher.Conclusion EEN can prevent stress ulcer from happening efficiently.
