摘　　要：目的测定老年慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液(GCF)量和GCF中C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量探讨其与临床指标的关系。方法采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定实验组及正常对照组GCF量及GCF中CRP的含量,同时检测临床指标并作相关性检验。结果实验组GCF量与龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失呈正相关(P<0.01)。实验组GCF中CRP检出率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),CRP含量与探诊深度、附着丧失呈正相关(P<0.01),与龈沟出血指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性牙周炎患者的GCF中可检出CRP,变化趋势与牙周临床指标结果一致。Objective To determine the gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） levels of C-reactive protein （CRP） and GCF volume in old patients with chronic periodontitis （CP）. Methods GCF was obtained from 30 old patients with CP at the baseline examination. As a control, GCF was also obtained from 12 old subjects without CP. CRP in GCF was detected by sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay. Clinical parameters were measured and analyzed. Results GCF volume has a positive correlation with sulcus bleeding index （SBI）, probing depth （PD） and attachment level （AL） （P 〈0.01）. The levels of CRP in the GCF of old patients with CP were higher than those in healthy control subjects （P 〈0.05）. There were positive correlations between CRP levels in GCF and PD, AL （P 〈0.01）, and between GCF volume and SBI （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion This study shows that old patients with CP significantly affect the levels of CRP in the GCF.
