摘  要:目的评价三维增强磁共振血管造影(3D CE-MRA)在脑动静脉畸形(AVM)诊断中的价值及准确性。方法选择93例AVM患者中同时行3D CE-MRA、三维时间飞越法磁共振血管造影(3D TOFMRA)检查的38例AVM患者,比较3D CE-MRA和3D TOF-MRA在显示AVM输入动脉支数和流出静脉支数间的优劣。结果 3D TOF-MRA和3D CE-MRA共显示了84例AVM的异常血管团、供血动脉及引流静脉,3D CE-MRA在显示AVM输入动脉支数与流出静脉支数上优于3D TOF-MRA(P<0.01)。结论 3D CE-MRA是一种快速有效、无创的诊断脑动静脉畸形的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical value and accuracy of three-dimensional contrastenhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D CE-MRA) in the detection of cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVM). Methods Three-dimensional time of fight magnetic resonance angiography (3D TOF-MRA) and 3D CE-MRA were performed in 38 of 93 cases with cerebral AVM. 3D CE-MRA images and 3D TOF-MRA images were compared for detection of feeding arteries and draining veins of the AVM. Results Among 84 cases, 3D TOF-MRA and 3D CEMRA displayed the nidus, feeding arteries and draining veins of AVM. In the depiction of feeding arteries and draining veins of the AVM, 3D CE-MRA was significantly greater than that of 3D TOF-MRA (P 〈0.01). Conclusion 3D CE-MRA is a fast, efficient and noninvasive imaging method to diagnose cerebral AVM.
