“教体结合”培养竞技体育人才的困境与出路

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法对"教体结合"培养竞技体育人才模式的现状进行分析,指出其存在的问题,诸如机制落后、学训矛盾突出、经费紧张、教练水平低等,为高校"教体结合"模式的健康发展提出建设性意见。The thesis analyzes, by means of literature reviewing and logical reasoning, the status quo of athlete training mode of ＂ Integrating Intellectual Teaching and Physical Training＂ and points out the problems existing in it, such as the backward mechanism, the prominent conflict between learning and training, the shortage in fund, and the incompetence of coaches, and then, puts forward some constructive suggestions on the sound development of the mode.
