摘  要:分析道路交通安全管理设施在道路交通安全管理方面的作用,并结合专家意见建立多层评价指标体系,在此基础上,通过灰色关联度分析法确定多层指标体系的权重系数,应用模糊综合评价法对道路交通安全管理设施的实效性进行综合评价,并利用该模型对上海市某区的道路交通安全管理设施进行实例验证,结果表明,评价模型能够较为全面客观地反映道路交通安全管理设施的交通安全管理水平.Road traffic safety management facilities play an important role in traffic safety management;its comprehensive evaluation method was studied through a series of following methods:at first,the system of multi-level evaluation was established through analyzing the functions of road traffic safety management facilities in traffic safety management and introducing experts′advices,its weight coefficients were defined by grey relation degree analysis;then,the efficacies of road traffic safety management facilities were comprehensive evaluated through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation meth-od.A district of Shanghai was taken as an example,its road traffic safety management facilities were comprehensive evaluated,results show that the evaluation method presented can reflect the management level of road traffic safety management facilities in a more comprehensive and objective manner.
