摘　　要：从自主权的内涵分析开始,通过"徐宝宝事件"总结保护患者自主权的障碍,建议通过加大宣传,提高患者的法律意识和医生的道德修养,健全医疗机构的规范并付诸于实施,同时明确侵犯患者自主权所应承担的法律责任,制定相关法律真正保护患者权利。By analyzing the connotation of patient＇s right of autonomy and introducing the baby Xu event, this paper explores the barriers against patients＇ protection of their autonomy right, and proposes to enhance patients＇ legal consciousness and doctors＇ moral cultivation, perfect regulations of medical institutions and practical implementation, clarify legal responsibilities of violating patients＇ autonomy,and carry out relevant legislation to truly protect patients＇ legal rights.
