摘　　要：为了解国际健美操难度技术的发展走向,通过录像观察法、对比分析法、逻辑归纳法等方法分析了从2001至2012年版三周期竞技健美操国际规则(FIG)和第九、十届世界健美操锦标赛决赛录像实况,研究得出:随着竞技健美操技术的发展和国际规则周期的不断更新,难度数量增加,高级别难度动作呈成倍增长,难度艺术构架更加巧妙合理,难度技术动作力达完美完成。Through analysis of international aerobics rules from 2001 to 2012 and the videos of the World Championship,we can draw a conclusion that with updates of the rules,the difficult movement is getting higher and higher,and the artistic movement is organized more reasonable and perfect.
