摘　　要：文章介绍了湖南省社会公益类科研机构改革的现状,分析了改革存在的问题,从改革的定位、战略设计、法律地位和分类、改革配套政策等方面提出了地方社会公益类科研机构的改革构想。This paper introduces the Status of commonweal scientific research institutions reform in Hunan province,and analysis the existed problems.From the aspects of reform positioning,strategic design,legal status and classification,supporting policies for the reform,puts forward reform ideas of commonweal scientific research institutions.
