摘　　要：优秀教练员的培养是训练工作的重要组成部分,建立一支高水平、高素质的教练员队伍已经成为加强运动训练的一个重要环节。在对教练员的激励机制的研究中,首先对教练员的需求进行了分析,然后提出对教练员的激励的具体方法。The training of elite coach is an important part of training work, establishes a high level and high quality coach team become an important link in strengthening sports training. In the research of excitation mechanism on coach, this paper firstly analyzes the coach demand and finally puts forward the excitation method on coach.
