摘　　要：加强课程建设是高校人才培养模式改革的基础,本文通过三年来《公路运输组织》课程教学内容、讲义教材、教学方法和手段、学生学习效果评价手段等多方面的课程建设,提出只有明确目标,依靠集体和团队,持之以恒,才能高质量的完成课程建设.Strengthening curriculum development is basis of the university training reform. The paper provides the three year＇ s Practice of curriculum development of road transport organization courses which includes the design of teaching content, lecture materials, teaching methods and the evaluation system for student learning outcomes assessment, and proposes only a clear goal, relying on the collective and the team, persistent, but also to the highquality completion of the curriculum development.
