摘　　要：根据我国现今城市规划情况,简述了中西方城市发展与规划思想理论的演进,对公共政策与城市规划基本特征、价值标准以及转型期间城市规划认识观的作用进行了研究,进而提升主体的认知水平。According to the present situation of China urban planning,the thesis briefly illustrates the revolution of the thought theory of Chinese and western urban development and planning,and researches the basic characteristics of public polices and urban planning,value standard and the view of cognition of urban planning during the period of transformation,then enhance the cognition level of the subjects.
