摘　　要：目前,我国中小企业财务管理中普遍存在一些问题,如管理模式僵化、资金不足等,严重影响企业的成长。通过对这些问题的产生原因进行深入剖析,提出了相应的改善对策,以期中小企业的健康、持续、稳定发展。At present, there are a few prevalent problems in the present financial management of small and medium sized enterprise, such as rigid management model, insufficient funds, etc. which has a strong impact on the development of enterprise. By the depth analysis of causes, some countermeasures are put forward for a sustained, steady and sound development of small and medium sized enterprise.
