壮肝逐瘀煎治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察扶正逐瘀解毒法之复方中药壮肝逐瘀煎治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝纤维化(HF)患者的疗效。[方法]将110例患者完全随机非盲法分为2组,各55例,观察组口服壮肝逐瘀煎,每日1剂;对照组口服大黄蟅虫丸,每次6 g,每日2次。3个月为1个疗程,2组均观察2个疗程。治疗前、后检测血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)。[结果]观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HA、LN、ⅣC、PCⅢ明显下降(P<0.01)。[结论]壮肝逐瘀煎治疗CHB HF有较好的疗效。[Objective]To observe the effect of traditional Chinese compound prescription medicine with the function of strengthening the body resistance and removing stasis and detoxicatin named Zhuanggan Zhuyujian on patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection（CHB）and hepatic fibrosis（HF）.[Methods]One hundred and ten cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Zhuanggan Zhuyujian by oral administration with 1 dose per day;the control group was administered orally with Dahuang Zhechong Bolus（6g each time,twice per day）.Both two groups were observed for 2 treatment courses,each one of which lasted 3 months.The serum hyaluronic acid（HA）,laminin（LN）,type Ⅳ collagen（Ⅳ-C）,type Ⅲ procollagen（PCⅢ）and liver function were detected before and after the treatment.[Results]The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the level of HA,LN,Ⅳ-C and PCⅢ was obviously lowered after treatment compared with that before treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Better curative effects can be achieved by treating the CHB,HF with Zhuanggan Zhuyujian.
