摘　　要：肠伤寒属温病“湿温”范畴，临症中易误诊、漏诊。作者根据西医早期诊断，采用中医中药治疗，以清热解毒为首务，以轻剂缓下为常法，分消走泄贯彻始终，全面兼顾，权衡湿热，因病机不同，灵活用药，使邪速去，正气安，热得解，病乃愈。Abstract Typhoid belongs to the category of febrile diseases showing dampwarm syndrome.It is inclined to be misdiagnosed or ignored in the clinic.The author,on the basis of early diagnosis by Western medicine,applied Chinese medicine to treat this disease,his therapy characterized by putting clearing away heat and toxic material first,ordinary administration of light diaphoretic prescription and slow acting laxation.The therapeutic principle was removing food retention and differentiation of symptoms and dampness and heat,and also by reasonable application of drugs to different pathogenesis to eliminate pathogenic factors,strengthen the vitality and clear away heat.
