摘  要:基于A/D采样技术的扭振测量原理,对内燃动车组C27型柴油发电机组轴系进行了扭振测试与计算分析,发现柴油机自由端5.0谐次扭振角位移幅值在1 600 r/m in附近达0.1526,°超过柴油机生产厂家规定的0.15°限值。同时,通过对过渡工况的扭振测试与计算分析,掌握了过渡工况的扭振特性,正确确定了共振转速,为手把位调整提供了依据,并对手把位调整后的各稳定工况进行了扭振测试与计算分析,结果显示各谐次扭振角位移幅值和扭振附加应力均低于给定限值。Based on torsional vibration measurement principle A/D sampling,torsional vibration tests and calculation analysis to the C27 diesel generator set shafting of diesel multiple unit were conducled.It is found that the torsional vibration angular displacement amplitude of the 5.0 order of the diesel engine free end goes up to 0.1526° nearby 1600r/min,which exceeds the limit of 0.15° specified by the diesel engine manufactures.Through the torsional vibration test and calculation analysis of the transient condition,this research knows well the torsional vibration characteristics of the transient condition,accurately defines the resonance speed,and provides a basis for the adjustment of handle position.In the following,by means of torsional vibration test and calculation analysis of the stable conditions of the adjusted handle position.The result shows that the angular displacement amplitude and the additional stress of all the orders are lower than the provided limits.
