摘　　要：目的探讨肾细胞癌原癌基因mdm2产物表达量与细胞DNA含量及临床病理参数的关系。方法采用流式免疫荧光技术对50例肾细胞癌DNA含量及mdrm2蛋白表达进行定量分析。结果23例mdm2蛋白阳性表达，mdm2表达量与DNA含量有关，与瘤体大小、分级、分期、预后无关。结论mdm2蛋白表达与肾细胞癌的发生、发展有关，但尚不足以作为衡量预后的指标。Objective To explore the relationship between mdm2 protein expression and cellDNA content or clinical pathological parameters in renal cell carcinoma. Methods Flow cytometric andimmunofluorescence technique were used to quantitative1y analyze the DNA content and mdm2 proteinexpression in renal cell carcinoma. Results Positive rate of mdm2 expression was found in 23 cases(46% ). There was a correlation between mdm2 expression and DNA contents, but the mdm2 expression was not related with clinical tumor size, grade, and prognosis. Conclusion mdm2 protein expression was related to the carcinogenesis and development of renal cell carcinoma, but could not be used asan indicator to evaluate the prognosis.
