摘 要:在三维电极-生物膜法研究过程中,首先研究了外加电场对菌XL1生长及苯酚降解的影响。实验表明,外加电压对菌XL1的生长和对苯酚的降解有明显的影响,在加载1.5 V电压下,生长周期明显缩短,在较短的培养时间内(20 h)就达到了3.2×108菌浓度,培养40 h后苯酚去除率高达99%,而过高的电压则对细菌的生长有抑制作用。在三维电极-生物膜系统处理含酚废水过程中,对反应时间、电压、通气量等主要影响因素进行了研究。研究表明,加载1.5 V电压、通气量0.2 L/min反应24 h,苯酚去除率高达99%。In the study of the treatment by the three-dimensional electrode-biofilm,the growth and the phenol removal rate of XL1 in the condition of electric field were studied first.It was indicated that the electric field had a great influence on the growth and phenol removal rate of XL1.In the condition of 1.5V,the growth cycle was shortened,and it reached a high concentration of bacteria(3.2×10^8) after cultured for 20h,and the removal rate of phenol reached 99% after cultured for 40h.But it was harmful to bacteria when the applied voltage was too high.In the process of the treatment of simulative wastewater by three-dimensional electrode-biofilm system,the main factors such as applied voltage,time and air flow were studied,and the removal rate of phenol was over 99% after reacting for 24h,when the applied voltage was 1.5V,air flow was 0.2L/min.
