摘　　要：计算机考试系统在许多领域中得到了广泛的应用，使考试结果更加准确和便捷。2004年，大连大学附属中山医院妇产科学教研室经过研究和实践，开发了妇产科学计算机试卷生成系统软件，并且连续应用于3届临床医学专业学生和本科室住院医师、进修医师的考试中，获得了较好的成效。The computer examination system is used in a wide range of applications in many fields in order for the examination results to be more accurate and convenient. Through research and practice, the computer aided examination paper generating system was established by Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Dalian University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital in 2004, and was continuously applied to the examination for the medical students for three years, also for the residents and training staff in our department. Data showed that the application of the computer test system obtained good results.
