摘 要:研究了4-氨基安替吡啉分光光度法测定木醋液中酚类含量的适宜条件.结果表明,当稀释因子在40~500范围内,放置时间为10 min时,酚类化合物在0.005~0.08 g/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.994 7.按不同的稀释因子测定了木醋液中的酚含量,其RSD为0.38%.测定方法的平均回收率为99.4%,同时对减压蒸馏预处理进行了加标实验,其平均回收率为96.5%.A new method is developed for the determination of phenolic content in pyroligneous acid by 4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometry.The results indicate that dilution factor is in range of 40~500,and the reaction time is 10 min.By plotting phenols content against absorbence,a linear relationship is obtained(R2=0.994 7).The linear range of phenols content vs absorbence is from 0.005 to 0.08 g/L.With different dilution factors,phenols content is determined in pyroligneous acid,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) is 0.38%.The average recovery rate of the sample is 99.4%,as well as the average recovery rate of added pyroligneous acid by vacuum distillation is 96.5%.
