批判性思维在临床带教中的运用

摘  要:目的探讨批判性思维运用于护理教学过程的效果。[方法]将批判性思维运用于护理教学,选取38人作为培训对象,分别在进行批判性思维训练前和训练后对其理论知识、操作技能、沟通认知能力和知识运用、病人安全等方面进行比较。[结果]运用批判性思维进行临床护理教学后,运用对象的综合能力得到显著提高,差异有统计学意义,(p〈0.01)。[结论]批判性思维运用于临床护理教学可以明显改善教学质量,促进各项护理技能得到提高,巩固护理基础知识,还使护生的独立、协作、解决问题和创新等综合能力达到锻炼,使其综合素质1k得到提高。Objective: Explore the effects of criticical thinking in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: Applying critical thinking, in clinical teaching, compared 38 participants before and after training with theory, operational skills, patient safety and communicative skills. Results: The comprehensive quality of participants who got trained with critical thinking has been improved obviously, and there is a statistical significant (p〈0.01) Conclusion: Application of critical thinnking can promote the quality of education greatly in clinical setting, facilitate the improvement of nursing skills and the consolidation of nursing knowledge. Meanwhile, critical thinking can practise the abilities of nursing students such as dependence, coorparation, decision making and innovation in clinical settings, and further improve the nursing student's comprehensive quality.
