摘　　要：检验ｎｍ２３基因产物在非小细胞肺癌中的表达。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法。结果：ｎｍ２３基因产物定位于细胞核和细胞浆。４３例非小细胞肺癌中２９例（６７．４％）ｎｍ２３基因产物表达阳性。结论：ｎｍ２３基因产物阳性表达率与病理组织学分型和病理分级有关。Objective: To stady on nm23 gene product in 43 cases with nonsmall cell carcinoma. Methods: The immunotochemical method was utilized. Results: The results showed that the positive reaction of nm23 gene product was observed in the nuclei and cytoplasm.The positive expression of nm23 gene product was examined in 29(67%)of 43 cases. Conclusion: The positive expression rate of gere product was related to histopathologic types and pathologic grading.
