摘 要:目的研究p53、p16蛋白表达与食管鳞癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶连结法(LSAB)法检测52例食管鳞癌p53、p16蛋白表达。结果29例食管鳞癌p53过度表达,阳性率为558%;21例食管鳞癌p16阳性,阳性率为404%。随着恶性程度增加及病程进展,p53阳性率逐渐上升,p16阳性率逐渐下降,两者存在明显负相关。p53、p16阳性与组织学分级无关;p53阳性与浸润深度有关,而p16阳性与浸润深度无关。p53、p16阳性均与淋巴结转移有关。p53阳性患者死亡率明显高于p53阴性者,且存活时间短;p16阴性患者死亡率明显高于p16阳性者,且存活时间短。结论同时检测食管鳞癌组织p53、p16蛋白表达,有助于综合判断食管鳞癌恶性程度、转移潜能和预后。PURPOSE To study the relationship between the expression of p53 and p16 proteins and biologic behavior of esophageal cancer. METHODS Using immunohistochemical LSAB technic the p53 and p16 protein were examined in 52 cases of esophageal cancer. RESULTS 29 cases of esophageal cancer were p53 positive (55.8%). 21 cases of esophageal cancer were p16 positive (40.4%).There was a reciprocity between p53 and p16 expression in esophageal cancer.p53 protein expression was increasing while p16 expression was decreasing in the process of the development of disease. There were close relations between p53 and p16 expression and lymphonode metastases and survival rate,and no relations between p53 and p16 expression and histological grade.However,there were close relations between p53 expression and depth of tumor invasion,and no relations between p16 expression and depth of tumor invasion. CONCLUSION Simultaneous determination of p53 and p16 proteins might be useful in assessing the degree of malignancy,metastatic potential and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
