大鼠实验性肝癌发生过程中整联蛋白表达的变化

摘　　要：目的研究３′ＭｅＤＡＢ诱发大鼠肝癌过程中整联蛋白的表达变化。方法利用免疫组织化学ＰＡＰ方法检测整联蛋白α１、α２、α３、α５的表达。结果正常大鼠肝细胞表达α１、α５；肝硬化时，肝细胞α１，α５表达增强外，还表达α２、α３，增生胆管细胞表达α１、α５；在癌前期增生结节及癌时，整联蛋白α１、α２、α３、α５都明显表达减弱；肺脏、膈肌等转移灶整联蛋白表达与原发灶相比，α１、α５表达增强。结论整联蛋白α１、α５的表达变化与肿瘤发生及浸润转移有密切关系。PURPOSE To study the expression of integrins in rats liver during 3′ Me DAB induced hepatocarcinogenesis. METHODS The expression of integrins α1,α2,α3,α5 were observed by immunohistochemistry PAP method. RESULTS In the normal liver tissues,hepatocytes express α1,α5.In liver cirrhosis,hepatocytes highly express α1、α2、α3、α5;hyperplastic bile duct epithelium,α1,α5.Expression of α1、α2、α3、α5 were obviously decreased in the prenoeoplastic nodules and carcinoma but expression of α1、α5 in metastasis in the lung and diaphragm were higher than in primary tumor. CONCLUSIONS It has been shown that there is a relationship between the changes of expressions of integrins and hepatocarcinogenesis and metastasis.
