摘　　要：本法用微波消化植物样品，通过正交试验分析获得较优的微波消化条件，用此条件对锌、铁、锰元素作添加回收试验，得回收率分别为９７．０％、９４．３％、９０．６％，变异系数分别为１．２％、４．１％、３．４％。另外，该法与国标法相比无显著性差异，通过实验分析得出...A microwave technique for digiestion of plant samples was pretented.Better digestion condition was obtained by orthogonal test.Zn、Fe、Mn elements were made to the addition and recoveries test.The method gave recoveries of 97.0%,94.3%,90.6%,variation coefficient of 1.2%,4.1%,3.4%,Compared with the national standards,this method is safety,simple and quick.
