摘  要:[目的]研究鳖甲煎丸含药大鼠血清对人肝癌HEPG2细胞端粒酶活性的影响。[方法]将实验大鼠随机分为4组:生理盐水灌胃组、鳖甲煎丸煎剂灌胃组、西药组、中西医联合用药组。待人肝癌HEPG2细胞贴壁生长状态良好,加入含药大鼠血清及对照组大鼠血清,培养后取材制作标本。利用原位杂交染色法对标本进行含药血清作用后显微镜图像分析。[结果]光镜下,鳖甲煎丸煎剂灌胃组、西药组、中西医联合用药组端粒酶数量减少、密度降低,与灌服生理盐水组相比较有明显差异,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鳖甲煎丸煎剂灌胃组、西药组、中西医联合用药组无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]鳖甲煎丸含药大鼠血清对人肝癌HEPG2细胞端粒酶活性的影响有减弱作用。[ Objective] Discuss the effect of the rat~ blood serum of Biejia decoction for activity of humans liver HIPG2 cell telomerase. [ Methods ] The rats for experiment were separated as physiological saline group, Biejia decoction group, DDP group, Biejia decoction and DDP group. When humans liver HEPG2 ceils were in good condition, including the serum of the rat each group. After culturing, make the specimen. Make the image analysic of the rats" serum in situ hybridization with the micro - scope. [ Results ] Under the micro - scope, the telomerase's quantity and density are all decreased of Biejia decoction group, DDP group, Biejia decoction and DDP. Have the marked difference with the physiological saline group(P 〈0.05). The telomerase' s quantity and density of Biejia decoction group, DDP group, Biejia decoction and DDP group are all decreased. They are have no difference ( P 〉0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] The activity of human' s liver HIPG2 cell telomerase is decreased with Biejia decoction.
