辨证治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫38例

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。[方法]68例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者,随机分两组,治疗组38例,予中医辨证内服联合中药外敷,穴位推拿治疗及TDP特定电磁波,对照组30例单用吗叮啉片治疗,疗程均为4周。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率94.7%,对照组显效10例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率73.3%,两者比较P<0.05。[结论]中医辨证内服外治糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效显著。[ Objective] Observation differential treatment diabetic gastroparesis of effect. [Method]68 pa- tients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups, Treatment group 38 cases for TCM oral joint TCM herbs, acupuncture point massage treatment and TDP specific electromagnetic wave, control group 30 cases with single treatment with domperidone tablets, treatment course is 4 weeks. [ Results ] Treatment group were cured 28 cases, effective 8 cases,ineffective 2 cases, the total effective rate was 94.7%. Control group were cured 10 cases, effective 12 cases, ineffective 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73.3% , Comparing both P 〈 0.05. [ Conclusion]TCM oral medication to treat diabetic gastroparesis significant.
