2007-2009年四川省硒盐预防克山病效果分析

摘　　要：目的提高四川省亚急型克山病发生地区人群硒营养水平,降低亚急型克山病发病率。方法 2007-01/2009-12在攀枝花市仁和区,凉山州的西昌市、冕宁县全民食用国标允许剂量的硒强化营养碘盐,同步进行盐硒、人群发硒水平、克山病病情监测,统计分析预防效果。结果 2007-2009年和邦、盐源盐厂生产的硒碘盐中硒均值为:3.96mg/kg;3地居民食用硒碘盐中硒均值为:3.62mg/kg,基本符合国家标准;3地居民发硒均值为:0.338μg/g,高于2006年的本底值(0.294μg/g);3地无亚急型克山病新发病例,慢型、潜在型克山病检出率1.16%,低于2006年的本底值(2.46%)。结论 2007-2009年预防性补硒项目,整体提高了硒碘盐覆盖地区人群硒营养水平,无亚急型克山病的发生,降低了慢型、潜在型病例的检出。Objective To increase the hair selenium level among population in the endemic area of sub-acute Keshan disease （KD） and decrease the incidence of KD. Methods Sodium selenite at international standard dosage was used by the populations in Panzhihuat,Xichang,and Mianning from January 2007 to December 2009,and the surveillance of selenium in salt,hair selenium level and Keshan disease was conducted to evaluate the project effects. Results The average dose of sodium selenite in 2 salt plants was 3.96 mg/kg,the average dose used by the people in three areas was 3.62 mg/kg,The average hair selenium level was 0.338μg/g,which was higher than that in 2006 （0.294μg/g）. No sub-acute KD case was found,but the detection rate of chronic latent KD was 1.16%,which was lower than that in 2006 （2.46%）. Conclusions The project had the effect on the increase of the hair selenium level,control of the incidence of sub-acute KD and the decrease of det4ection rate of chronic latent KD,
