摘 要:针对液压惯性负载系统中的控制特性和节能问题,将二次调节技术应用到该类系统中。二次调节系统采用负载端变量调节形式,系统的控制性能好,并且能够实现能量的回收和重新利用。为了研究二次调节惯性负载系统的节能特性,针对不同的负载转动惯量对二次调节惯性负载系统节能效果进行了仿真分析和实验研究。仿真和实验结果表明,二次调节惯性负载系统在制动时具有很好的节能效果,在相同的制动条件下,外负载转动惯量越大,回收能量越多,回收效率越高。According to the issues of control characteristics and energy saving in hydraulic inertial system,the secondary regulated technology was applied in such a hydraulic system.The secondary regulated technology adopted load-side variable displacement regulation,the system has good control performance and can realize energy recycle and reuse.In order to analyze the energy saving characteristics of the secondary regulated inertia loading system,the simulation and experimental study were performed to analyze the energy saving effectiveness of the system based on different load inertia.The simulation and the experimental results show that,the secondary regulated inertia loading system has good energy saving effectiveness,and at the same condition of braking,if the load inertia is larger,the saving energy is more and the energy recycle effect is higher.
