摘  要:目的观察海洋胶原肽对大鼠剖宫产术后恢复的促进作用。方法将96只SD孕鼠在孕19 d时进行剖宫产手术,随机分为4组,3个剂量组术后每天给予0.13,0.38,1.15 g/(kg.bw)剂量的海洋胶原肽灌胃,空白对照组等体积生理盐水灌胃;在术后7,14,21 d每组分别处死8只大鼠,观察切口愈合情况,测定皮肤切口和子宫切口的抗张力强度、羟脯氨酸含量。结果给予海洋胶原肽1.15 g/(kg.bw)组大鼠皮肤伤口中羟脯氨酸含量在3个时间点上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在7,21 d时,给予海洋胶原肽1.15 g/(kg.bw)组大鼠皮肤张力为(354.45±200.45),(978.23±20.40)g/mm2,子宫压力为(874.63±293.51),(818.20±227.52)mmHg,均大于空白对照组的(165.44±29.82),(379.21±171.46)g/mm2和(684.52±220.16),(511.92±86.48)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);21 d时,给予海洋胶原肽0.38g/(kg.bw)组大鼠的皮肤张力为(936.59±56.27)g/mm2,大于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海洋胶原肽能够促进伤口胶原蛋白合成,促进大鼠剖宫产术后伤口的愈合。Objective To observe the effect of marine collagen peptide on wound healing in rat after cesarean section.Methods Ninety-six near-term pregnant SD rats were delivered by cesarean section.Then,the rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:three groups of marine collagen peptide at doses of 0.13,0.38,1.15 g/kg·bw,and the saline group through gastric tube every day.Necropsy was performed on postoperative day of 7,14 and 21.The rats in each group were used to study the uterine bursting pressure,skin tensile strength and hydroxyproline(Hyp) content of the scar.Results The contents of Hyp in skin scar tissue for 1.15 g/kg·bw group was significantly higher than that of the control group at three time points(P〈0.05).The skin tensile strength and uterine bursting pressure of 1.15 g/kg·bw group was significantly larger than that of in control group on the 7th and 21st day(P〈0.05).The skin tensile strength of 0.38 g/kg·bw group was significantly higher than that of in control group on the 21st day(P〈0.05).Conclusion The marine collagen peptide can effectively promoted the wounding healing in rats after cesarean section.
